How to Book & What to Expect
You can fill out the booking form on our Book page, or WhatsApp us directly at +1 647-216-5617. We confirm within 2 hours. No payment required to inquire.
No. We don't require payment to make an inquiry. A refundable deposit of $100–$150 holds your date. The balance is settled on the day of the tour — cash, e-Transfer, or card.
Full refund on your deposit if you cancel 48 hours or more before your tour. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full tour price.
Yes, anytime more than 48 hours before your tour. Rescheduling is free. Contact us via WhatsApp and we'll find a new date.
We recommend at least 1 week in advance for summer (June–August), especially around holiday weekends. For World Cup 2026 dates, book as early as possible — summer 2026 will be exceptionally busy.
Everything About Our Tours
Anywhere in the GTA — Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton. Just provide your hotel name or home address.
Yes. Toronto Pearson (YYZ) pickup is available. Depending on your flight timing, we can incorporate the tour pickup directly from the airport. Ask us when booking.
Up to 7 passengers per vehicle. The price is flat rate per vehicle — so the more people in your group, the better value you get.
We don't typically combine Niagara and Toronto into one day — it would be a 14+ hour day and neither tour would get the attention it deserves. We recommend booking on separate days.
Absolutely fine. We've done hundreds of tours with families. The itinerary has plenty of kid-appropriate stops — Clifton Hill, Maid of the Mist, SkyWheel. We adjust the pace to your group.
Yes. The Niagara Falls tour runs all year. Some attractions are seasonal (Maid of the Mist: May–October; fireworks: May–September). The Toronto City Tour is also year-round.
We run rain or shine — the falls look spectacular in any weather. In extreme weather (ice storms, severe warnings), we'll contact you to reschedule. We never charge for weather-related cancellations on our end.
Questions About the Niagara Tour
Maid of the Mist tickets are not included in the base tour price. However, we book the tickets for you — you just pay the ticket cost (~$35/person). You don't need to figure out where to go or how to get in line.
The route is the same. The night tour is timed so you arrive at the falls at dusk — you see the falls illuminated in colour, and if it's Friday or Sunday (May–September) there are fireworks. The night tour also allows for the optional Skylon Tower revolving dinner.
Yes. The Niagara helicopter ride is ~$160-$200/person and we incorporate it into the itinerary. Book in advance as spots fill quickly, especially in summer.
Yes, seasonal. Fireworks at the falls run Friday and Sunday evenings from May through September. They're included in the falls viewing — you just need to be there. We time the night tour around this.
You have 3–4 hours of free time at Clifton Hill and the falls. This is enough time for Maid of the Mist + a meal + walking the viewpoints. If you want more time, we can adjust — just ask.
Questions About the Toronto City Tour
CN Tower tickets (~$35/person) are not included in the base price. We can book them for you and incorporate the tower into the itinerary. Just let us know when booking.
Yes. The itinerary is a starting point, not a fixed schedule. If you want more time at the Distillery District and less time at Kensington Market — done. Your guide adjusts on the day.
Not in the same day — it would make for a 14+ hour day. Many guests book Niagara one day and Toronto the next. We're happy to coordinate consecutive-day bookings.
